Service Description
Online training, aka Distance Training, is for those that are not located near Murrieta, CA. You want to train, allow me to show you the way; I'll write you a 12 week plan. All you have to do is simply download a free app to have access to your daily/weekly workouts. There is a bi-weekly check-in with front, side, and back photos, as well as body measurements, and weight. This allows the trainer to gauge your progress. Training sessions are written based on your schedule, whether you want 3 days or 7 days per week. Each session is 50 minutes with an additional 30 minutes for cardio or 12 - 18 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Max allotted time, 1 hour 30 minutes. You, the athlete, may split your resistance training and cardio/HIIT to different times of the day; whatever makes your daily regimen easier. INSPIRE - PEFORM - ACHIEVE
