Service Description
Online training, aka Distance Training, is for those that are not located near Murrieta, CA. Your H.S. athlete, will receive weekly training via a free app and will have weekly check-in with Coach Quevedo. Bi-weekly check-ins will consist of front, side, and back photos, as well as body measurements, and weight. This allows the trainer to gauge your athlete's progress. Sessions are written based on the athlete's schedule; workouts written for 6 days per week. Each session is 50 minutes with an additional 30 minutes for cardio or 12 - 18 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Max allotted time, 1 hour 30 minutes. You, the athlete, may split your resistance training and cardio/HIIT to different times of the day; whatever makes their daily regimen easier.
